Theatre Studio was founded in 2008 by Joanna Harte with one three day drama project for children in Glasgow. Theatre Studio now runs theatre activities for children and adults. Weekly drama and musical theatre classes adult and children’s choir, along with holiday projects, from script to performance in a week!
Theatre Studio Concert 2009
All in the heart of the west end of Glasgow.
In 2009 the students entered in the Trinity Guildhall Drama and Musical Theatre exams and all passed with Distinction.
In the summer of 2009 the summer project “A Midsummer Night’s Dream” expanded their boundaries and introduced an open air performance.
Theatre Studio gives all ages the opportunity to stretch the imagination and build self confidence, within fun and exciting classes, workshops and projects. All are based around drama, dance and music.
In the modern world we live self-assured, expressive individuals shape the future and Theatre Studio wants to help put those young people on the path to their chosen lives with confidence, vocal and physical assurance and imagination.
Theatre performance is a magical experience, young and old marvel at the knowledge and skills they can obtain from the arts. Theatre Studio is a great way for all to make new friends, discover skills and have memories to last a lifetime.
Theatre Studios works in a fun and safe environment, all tutors are experienced professionals and fully disclosed

Jo and Miriam, I was so impressed with the whole cast of Les Mis and can’t wait for ‘Alice’ (though I think Luke is even more excited). Thank you both for supporting him and all the other kids, who I think were superb this week. Well done!
Jo, just to say Edie and I spent polling day afternoon in Edinburgh Playhouse watching Les Miserables. It was fantastic. But watching it left me even more impressed by the version you, Miriam and the musical theatre group put on at Easter! I love how ambitious you are for the children, well done, and we’re looking forward to the King and I.
